Maid Brigade pays all local, state, federal and employment taxes and complies with all employee labor laws. Since we are in the office and our cleaning teams are in the field (your home), we have taken the following steps to improve security, minimize mistakes, and to manage things well:

• Our teams clean the same houses unless one is out sick or on vacation. We do not switch our teams around all the time.
• All of your cleaning instructions and comments are computerized.
